CLASSES AND FEES: Spring 2024

FIRST CLASS is FREE! Beginner Kids and Teen/Adult Beginners meet twice a week for hour-long classes. If you decide to continue after your first class, you are asked to pay $175 for the balance of the month. Beginners level includes US Fencing Association Access membership. We provide all necessary equipment. Beginner classes are held every other month. They are for youth age 7-12. Teen/Adult classes are for fencers 13+. Beginning Level II follows the introductory month of Beginners. It also meets Tu/Th 4:45-5:45pm. The monthly cost is $200. A fencer can expect to be in Beginner Level II for several months.

Youth Intermediate Foil and Epee - . After the Beginner sessions, you will be invited to move up to a Youth Intermediate class. These classes are twice a week for 90 minutes each. Monthly group class fees are $250. Private lessons are optional. You can ADD a “silver” package of weekly 20-minute private lessons for $160/month. As you advance you will move up to level II at the coaches’ invitation. Each year, you will need to renew your USFA membership. Intermediates also pay an Annual Ltd. Club Membership of $175. Intermediates are asked to buy our Intermediate equipment package: $325 with mask/glove/underarm protector/chestplate/bodycord/épée or foil and bag. FOR MORE INFO CLICK HERE.

Youth Competitive Foil and Epee. These classes meet three times a week for 2-hour classes. Fencers in these classes participate in multi-club competitions. Monthly group class fees are $475 and include one 20-minute private lesson a week. You can add an additional weekly private lessons for $160/month. These classes are at coaches’ invitation. Annual Vivo Club Membership of $300 also applies. Each year, you will need to renew your USFA competitive membership. Competitive fencers are required to have a full uniform and weapon kit. Advanced Competitive Foil and Epee. Advanced Competitive fencer have three 2-hour group classes a week plus required Open Fencing on Saturdays. A competitive schedule is also required. Two 20-minute private lessons/week are included in monthly fees of $685. You can add an additional weekly 20-minute private lessons for $160/month. These classes are at coaches’ invitation. Teen/Adult Recreational Foil and Epee Fencing. This is a twice a week hour-long class for recreational teens/adults. Foil and Epee meet Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:15-8:15pm. Monthly group class fees are $200. Annual Ltd. Club membership of $175 also applies. Each year, you will need to renew your USFA membership.
